Abstract
To guarantee and develop human rights is the chief goal of judicial reform,which requires judicial independence.In fact,judicial independence is the inherent requirement of a society ruled by law,the necessity of judicial justice and the only road to the realization of social equity and justice.In the process of judicial reform in China,by and by,one should establish the modern judicial concept of judicial independence and make it run through the operation of legal sanctions and the construction of legal systems.Judicial independence is the historical choice and the inevitable way to the realization of the sound development of society.
