Abstract
Lycopene was extracted from tomato using supercritical carbon dioxide method.Factors affecting extraction yields,such as extracting temperature,pressure,CO2 flow and entrainer and extracting time,were studied.Single factor experiment showed that optimal process conditions were as follows: extracting pressure was 30 MPa,extracting temperature was 45 ℃,CO2 flow rate was 30 L·h-1,the volume fraction of alcohol was 90%,extracting time was 2 h.
