Abstract

Objective To investigate the relation and status of perceived stress level and self-efficacy level of college nursing female students, and to provide evidence for health education. Methods Applying the questionnaires of Perceived Stress Scale and Self-efficacy Scale to investigate the college nursing students of Shihezi University, sampling by the stratified cluster sampling methods. Results Nursing undergraduates perceived stress score was(23.96±5.00) averagely. In perceiving total pressure and forecast and control dimensions, the junior scored higher than freshman and sophomore. The mean of self-efficacy was(2.60±0.34).Conclusion The score of perceived stress is negatively correlated with the scores of self-efficacy.In nursing students' teaching and management, the students should be trained to positively treat life and learning problems,so as to enhance self-efficacy.
