Abstract

Objective:To research the effects and mechanism of HAS from Hydrozotyle sibthorpioides Lam.on rats with hepatic fibrosis. Methods:Experimental fibrosis model was copied by intracutaneous injection of swine serum, setting up normal group, model group,Tetrandrine group and HAS treated group with the dose of 1.5,0.5,0.1g/kg.The effects of HAS on the levels of ALT,AST,Alb,TB,Hyp were tested and the pathological chages of hepatic tissue were observed. Results:The levels of ALT,AST in serum and Hyp in liver decreased obviously compared with model group and the pathological chages releaved in all HAS treated groups, significantly in the 1.5g/kg group(P0.01).Conclusion:HAS has theraputic effect on imnune liver fibrosis which shows a dose-dependent manner.
