Reflection on Teachers' Adaptability in the New Curriculum Reforming

Abstract

Many teachers in the elementary and secondary school fail to adapt themselves to the new requirements posed by new curriculum reform,which are mainly manifested in the transferring of new concepts,role transformation,and manipulation of knowledge and ability.The fundamental reasons for it is that the teachers can't make a good combination of traditional curriculum and new curriculum,restricted in the exam-oriented education.What's more,the society can't really comprehend the new curriculum.
