On the teachers' Understanding of the New Curriculum Reform and its Reflection

The success of curriculum reform mainly depends on the teachers' understanding of it.On the basis of the theory of philosophical hermeneutics,it is necessary for the teacher to correctly understand the curriculum reform.As a result,they must realize the fusion of horizons with the reform.However,there exists the great gap between the concept system constructed by the teachers and the theory system encouraged by the curriculum reform,which made it very difficult for teachers to realize the fusion of horizons.Therefore,we must reflect on the models of curriculum implementation and the models of the teacher's fostering and training.
