Abstract

Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of trimebutine adjuvant therapy in the treatment of reflux esophagitis. Methods From April 2011to May 2013 reflux esophagitis 78 cases of patients in our hospital were randomly divided into two groups,39 cases in which the observation group, the use of pantoprazole joint Trimebutine treatment,39 cases in the control group, the use of pantoprazole treatment, four weeks after the two groups were compared the efficacy and incidence of side effects. Results The clinical efficacy superior to 31(79.5%) patients, good in 6(15.4%) patients, the difference was 2(5.1%) patients in the control group of 25 clinically superior efficacy(64.1%) patients, good in 5(12.8%),and poor in 9(23.1%) patients, comparing the two groups were statistically significant differences in clinical efficacy(P0.05);observation group had two(5.1%) patients had mild nausea, dry mouth, dizziness, etc.side effects, the symptoms disappeared after the brea, the control group had 3(7.7%) patients had mild side effects abdominal pain, diarrhea, nausea, symptoms disappeared after the break, the incidence of side effects difference between the two groups were not statistically significant(P0.05).Conclusion Trimebutine adjuvant therapy has better clinical efficacy in the treatment of reflux esophagitis, toxicity and incidence of pantoprazole alone without distinction, deserve to be in clinical practice.
