Abstract
Objective To investigate the efficacy of lansuolazuo combined with trimebutine in the treatment of non-erosive disease (NERD). Methods One hundred and twenty patients with NERD were randomly divided into 2 groups. The treatment group of 60 patients received lansprazole 30 mg, qd, combined with trimebutine 200 mg, tid; and the control group with another 60 patients had lansoprazole alone 30 mg, qd, po. The clinical efficacy was evaluated with a course of 8 weeks after the treatment according to measurement of reflux diagnostic questionnaire. Results The total effective rate in the treatment group was 93%, while it was 82% in the control group, the difference was significant between the two groups (P 0.01); and with still more significant improvements of clinical symptoms in the treatment group (P 0.01). Conclusion Lansprazole in combination with trimbutine is rather more helpful to provide the efficacy in treating NERD.
