Abstract
To evaluate the reliability and clinical application of quantitative measuring serum HCG with ECLIA,according to the procedure described by NCCLS,the Serum HCG concentration in 62 clinical speci—ments was analyzed by ECLIA and RIA respectirely.the parameters such as precision, calibration curve stability, dilution recovery were determined.the results and the relativity between the two methods were compared.Although there were good repeativity and correlation between the two methods(r=0.964,P0.05).the recovery rates were all above 95%,the ECLIA appeared to have higher recovery rate(t=4.62,P0.05),the linear range of ECLIA was wider than that ofthe RIA.Conclusion s:The accuracy and precision of ECLIA were better than that of the RIA,ECLIA method is very usefm and suitable for clinical application.
