Abstract
OBJECTIVE To estabilish a HPLC method for detemination of chlorogenic acid in YingHuang capsules.METHODS HPLC method was used.Chromatographic conditions:ODS C_(18)column,a mixture of acetonitrile-0.4% H_3PO_4(13∶87) as mobile phase;wavelength set at 327nm.RESULTS Linear range of chlorogenic acid was 0.03108~3.108μg(R=0.9999),respectively.The average recoveries was 98.28%,RSD3.13%(n=5).CONCLUSION The method was simple,rapid and good reproducibility.
