Abstract

Objective January 2008~ December2009 Pseudomonas aeruginosa hospital distribution and drug resistance to clinical therapy.Methods Pseudomonas aeruginosa clinical isolates,using the French Merieux VITEK-2compat Automatic identification of bacterial analyzer and 15 kinds of commonly used clinical resistance to antibiotics were analyzed.Results Pseudomonas aeruginosa isolated in sputum in the main to the main respiratory tract infection,mainly respiratory,cardiovascular medicine,ICU ward,ampicillin,cefotetan,cefazolin,ampicillin /sulbactam,cotrimoxazole drug resistance rate of 5 nearly 100%,imipenem,piperacillin /tazobactam,resistance rates were 25%.Conclusion Pseudomonas aeruginosa is easy to produce multi-drug resistance,Resistance surveillance,based on susceptibility of rational use of effective antibiotics to control nosocomial infections.
