Abstract
【Objective】 To research the significance and level of serum VEGF, TNF -αand sFlt -1 in preeclampsia pregnant women.【Methods】To adopt the way of the enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) to test 30 cases of patients with severe preeclampsia and 30 cases of healthy pregnant women in serum VEGF, TNF- αand sFlt-1 level , and to make their comparison. 【Results】Maternal serum levels of VEGF in women with severe preeclampsia (SPE) was significantly lower than controls (P 0.05). The serum levels of TNF-α and sFlt-1 in women with SPE were obviously higher than controls (both P 0.05). There was significant negative correlation between both TNF-α and sFlt-1 and VEGF (both P 0.05). 【Conclusion】VEGF, TNF-α and sFlt-1 may contribute to the pathology of preeclampsia, VEGF may play a role in the pathogenesis of preeclampsia by the regulation of sFlt-1 and TNF-α.
