Abstract
Established the contents determination of ursolic acid in hawthorn by high performance liquid chromatography. The chromatography conditions as follow: The liquid chromatography was carried out using a Intertex C18 with detection wavelength at 210 nm. The mobile phase was methanol-water(88:12). The colum temperature was 25 ℃. The flow rate was 1.0 mL/min. Check wavelength is 210 nm. The calibration curve of ursolic acid was linear in the range of 2.96 μg-8.88 μg (r=0.999 7). The average recovery was 98.29 % with RSD 0.38 %. The content of ursolic acid in Hawthorn was 0.321 %.
