Abstract
Objective To explore the therapeutic effects of ulinastatin in treatment of severe acute pancreatitis(SAP).Methods Seventy-six SAP patients were divided into two groups. The conventional non-operative therapy was used in control group of 44 patients, and the ulinastatin was additionally used on the basis of routine treatment in treatment group, and the ulinastatin(100 thousand unit of ulinastatin resolved in 250 ml perfusate)was given introvenously once a day for 7~12 days. Results The recovery time of function injured organs in treated group was shorter than that in control group(P0.05).Conclusion The ulinastatin combined with conventional therapy possesses good effect in improving the function of injuried organs and protective occurse of multiple-organ dysfunction syndrome in SAP treatment.
