Abstract

Objective To observe the effect of Ulinastatin acute lung injury.Methods Select 60 patients with traumatic acute lung injury patients were randomly divided into treatment group Ulinastatin(n = 30) and the control group(n = 30),Ulinastatin treatment group in conventional treatment on the basis of intravenous drip Ulinastatin 200000U,every 12 hours once,continuous application 5 days,observed the clinical curative effect of two groups,specific observed before and after treatment ventilatory frequency(RR),oxygen and index(PaO2 /FiO2),oxygen partial pressure(PO2),carbon dioxide points pressure(PCO2) and C-reactive protein level changes.Results Ulinastatin treatment group and control group before therapy each index compared with control group no difference.After the treatment of Ulinastatin treatment group C-reactive protein level was dropped the control group(P 0.05),had Ulinastatin treatment group(RR) after breathing,oxygen and index(PaO2 /FiO2),oxygen partial pressure(PO2),carbon dioxide points and PCO2 pressure difference was statistically significant(P 0.05).Conclusion Ulinastatin1 can suppress the inflammation of generation,acute lung injury early treatment has obvious effect,application of acute lung injury prognosis is improved.
