Analysis on the Effect of Ulinastatin in the Treatment of Acute Pancreatitis

Objective To explore the clinical effect of Ulinastatin in the treatment of acute pancreatitis.Methods 80 patients with acute pancreatitis were randomly divided into two groups,with 40 cases in each group.The observation group was treated with Ulinastatin,while the control group was treated with octreotide acetate.The clinical effects of two groups were compared.Results Compared with the control group,the observation group had higher total effective rate,shorter duration of hospital stays and slighter inflammatory reaction(all P0.05).Conclusions Ulinastatin has significant curative effect in the treatment of acute pancreatitis,which can shorten the duration of hospital stays,and decrease inflammatory reaction.
