Abstract
Objective To investigate the characteristics of adverse drug reactions(ADR),and discuss the way of reducing ADR in clinical. Methods 103 ADR reports collected in our hospital from Jan 2007 to Dec 2008 were analyzed and evaluated by the standard of the ADR casualty relationship. Results The incidence of adverse reactions involved with 62 drugs, and the highest were antibacterial drugs(25 cases),other ADR cases were causal to traditional Chinese medicines(16 cases). Conclusion There are many factors that related to ADR,we should reduce and avoid the recurrence of ADR,ensure the effect and safety of drug use.
