Abstract
[Objective] To summarize our hospital in recent 3 years traditional Chinese Medicine,Western clinical application of adverse drug reactions(ADR) occurrence and promote rational drug use.[Method] ADR report on 300 cases were retrospectively classified statistical analysis.[Results] ADR drugs involved in a wide range of anti-infective which ranks first,followed by traditional Chinese medicine preparation;ADR damage to the most common skin and its appendages;intravenous drug delivery in the majority.[Conclusion] Strengthening ADR monitoring,attention to ADR,rational drug use,reduce or avoid the occurrence of ADR,to improve the safety of clinical use.
