2008 in our hospital 183 cases of analysis of adverse drug reactions

Objective ADR reports by the analysis of drugs to explore the factors that occurred in ADR,and promote rational drug use clinical.Methods In our hospital in 2008 collected 183 cases of drug ADR summary reports and analysis.Results 2008 in our hospital ADR183 report cases involved anti-microbial drugs,traditional Chinese medicine preparations,such 11 categories of drugs,the drug caused by ADR to the top anti-microbial drugs,route of administration to intravenous administration of the largest clinical manifestations to the most damage to the skin and its annexes,followed by the digestive system.Conclusion ADR monitoring should be strengthened to raise awareness of security agents to ensure that drug safety.
