Treatment Efficacy of Useing Acanthopanax Senticosus Injection in Middle-aged Elderly Patients with Hyperlipidemia

Objective To observe treatment efficacy and safety of acanthopanax senticosus injection in hyperlipidemia old patients.Methods To investigate the change of blood lipids level befor and after the teatment of Acanthopanax senticosus injection 100ml with 5% glucose infusion in 250ml,1st day,MS is a 10-day course of treatment,for the use of 3 courses on 123 hyperlipidemia old patients.Total harmful responses were followedby for two months.Results After 2 months treatment,the level of cholesterol,triglyceride,LDL-Cdecreasedby 31.2%、26.8%、42.1%,respectively(P0.01).Total therapeutic effect of TC and TG decrease were show in 72 cases (92.3%),70 cases (87.3%) respectively.HDL-C was increased 8.30%,(P0.05).Toyal therapeutic effect of HDL-C increase was show in 21 cases (90.6%).Conclusion Acanthopanax senticosus injection is effective for treating the hyperlipenia in elderly patients,and the side effect is mild.
