Design and Implementation of Scientific Research Management Information System in Agricultural Scientific Research Institution

The scientific research management information system was developed based on the working practice of agricultural scientific research institution.This paper expounds the targets of the system, introduces in detail the design contents of the system including its overall design, function design, database design, user's authority design, development environment and development flow, and points out that the system realizes the informatization of traditional scientific research management process and therefore improves the efficiency of scientific research management.
