Abstract

In this paper,based on the current situation of scientific institution’s research management work,the requirement of research management work was deeply analyzed,and by adopting 3-tier system structure,B/S mode,by the use of an ASP.NET technique,a suitable scientific research item information management system was developed for the scientific research institutions.The implementation of system will highly improve efficiency of scientific research management department and the share of the scientific research information.
