Construction of scientific research system under digital environment——A case study of tieling normal college

With the increasing development of scientific research of the colleges and universities in terms of detail and complication,the existing office software can no longer meet the demands of the daily expanding number of scientific research information management.In view of this perspective,this paper puts forward the idea of developing management system software of scientific research system,establishes a perfect scientific management mechanism,and constructs a scientific research system under digital environment.
