This paper provides the architecture and design of B/S structure scientific research management,which even more adapts to scientific research management.This system mainly includes application project on line,auditing project of experts,processing management of scientific project,information management of scientific project.It is quite significance to enhance scientific management and to improve efficiency or level of scientific management.
