Abstract

Objective To inquire a clinical study between joint administration of mifepristone and misoprostel for terminating 10～16 weeks of pregnancy.Methods Compared with between after total dosage 150mg mifepristone by mouth,then 0.6mg misoprostel by mouth and 0.6mg per vaginum each 50 cases.Results Effects exceed 90 per cent for two groups,but drug per vaginum better than by mouth in side-effects.Conclusion It’s a good way to spread in clinical.
