Analysis of Curative Effect of Alprostadil Combined with Danhong Injection in Treatment of Acute Cerebral Infarction

Objective:To observe the clinical curative effect of alprostadil combined with Danhong injection in treatment of acute cerebral infarction.Method:640 cases of acute cerebral infarction were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,they were given corresponding treatment.Neurological deficit scores and life capacity evaluation were compared.Result:To assess the degree of neurological impairment in the patients of the two groups and living ability,the results were significantly improved compared with before treatment,the neural function defect score and treatment effective rates in the treatment group in 7 days after treatment was better than the control group.Conclusion:The combined use of the forefront of acute cerebral infarction E1 and Danhong injection can achieve synergistic and complementary role.
