Abstract
Objective To investigate the expression of Endostatin、bFGF in Oral Squamous Cell Carcinoma(OSCC)tissue and their interaction with clinical pathological characteristics. Methods Thirty-four resected specimens of patients undergoing surgery for OSCC were collected.Immunohistochemical staining was used for detecting the expression of Endostatin、bFGF.Results According to the status of lymphnode metastasis the positive rates of Endostatin were 50.0 %,81.8%,the positive rates of bFGF were 91.7%,59.1%.Conclusion Endostatin and bFGF are both important regulators in the process of angiogenesis in OSCC.It suggested that there was a regularly alteration between promoters and inhibitors in OSCC angiogenesis.
A significance statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
A contribution statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
Method details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Findings are not separately available in the OpenAlex metadata.
