Abstract

The crime of dubious sorces is more disputable in the theory circle. The investigation by the objective elements of this crime, be ordered to explain the source does not belong to the crime of this element, but only the judiciary investigation of the statutory procedures, so surrender exists in the crime; legal sentence of the crime is basic suitability, in order to facilitate judicial practice, the crimes need to be refined and installed property punishment; criminal law alone can not inhibit the occurrence of the crime, it is necessary to improve the system of pre-penalty measures.
