Abstract

By the analysis of criminal mentality,potential criminals make use of the principle of the maximum benefit and safety to commit crime. The legal sentence for the crime of holding a huge amount of property with unidentified sources being relatively too light,it promotes crimes such as corruption and bribery n the economic field.In order to get out of the dilemma,it is a key problem to establish a reasonable legal sentence for the crime .
