Abstract
According to attribute of harm behavior,there are two classifications:the behavior and the situation behavior crime includes behavior crime and no-behavior crime.The state crime is possession crime for its possession state.The large amount unknown property crime which is punished for its special object and possession state.It is a state crime because of its theory principle trait and form.The large amount unknown property crime is punished for obviously unreasonable unclear property.But it can be handled in different ways depending on finding out its resource: behavior that does not constitute crime-sets free,and dose not start national compensation procedure;behavior that constitutes other crimes-sentences other crimes,but if it does not grafts,penalty satisfaction should be used.
