Abstract
The crime of holding huge amount of property with unidentified source is a contentious crime in China's Criminal Law. The author considers that after committing the crime, the criminal should be given a chance of voluntary surrender to court, necessarily the condition is special. In order to get a convenient operation for judges, it is necessary to distinguish the crime from the crime of corruption and accepting bribes and measure the legal sentence concretely.
