Abstract
Objective To investigate the transvaginal ultrasound diagnosis of ectopic pregnancy. Methods Retrospective analysis, analysis of ectopic pregnancy in our hospital ultrasound data, based on inspection methods were divided into groups by abdominal and transvaginal group. Results Vaginal group sensitivity, specificity, positive predictive value, negative predictive value of abdominal group were significantly higher, differences were statistically significant(P0.05).Conclusion Transvaginal ultrasonography for clinical symptoms of ectopic pregnancy early diagnosis and treatment, provide a reliable theoretical basis.
