Study the Effect of Small Incision Non-phacoemulsification Removal for Senile Cataract

Objective: To investigate the treatment of senile cataract by small incision non-phacoemulsification.Method: 700 cases of senile cataract patients were randomly divided into the two groups of comparability,330 cases in the control group were given the small-incision phacoemulsification,while the observation group of 370 cases were given the small incision non-phacoemulsification.Result: Visual acuit the patients in the the observation group after were significantly better than the control group after operation,the complications was significantly less than the control group,There were significantly different between two groups(P 0.05);There's no statistical significance in visual acuity and astigmatism(P 0.05).Conclusion: The non-phacoemulsification with small incision in the treatment of senile cataract can not only reduce the costs but also with a smaller incision and good therapeutic effect,It is easy to operate and suitable for promotion at the primary hospital.
