Clinical curative effect observation of small incision non phacoemulsification in treatment of 73 cases with cataract

Objective To explore the clinical effect of small incision non-phacoemulsification in treatment cataract. Methods 146 cases of cataract were randomly divided into the small incision non-phacoemulsification treatment group ( observation group) and phacoemulsification treatment group ( control group) ,73 cases in each group,observed visual acuity and complications of patients in two groups. Results After treatment the visual acuity of patients in two groups all improved than before ( P 0. 05) ,the visual acuity of observation group was better than patients in control group,there was no significant difference between the groups ( P 0. 05) ,the differences of complication rates between two groups was no statistical significance ( P 0. 05) . Conclusion Taking small incision non phacoemulsification in treatment of cataract has good clinical effect, less complications,and the operation is simple,suitable for widely using in primary hospital.
