Abstract

Objective:To explore the clinical efficacy and safety of Mirtazapine in the treatment of somatoform disorders.Methods:The 65 patients with somatoform disorders were randomly divided into two groups were treated with Mirtazapine and Venlafaxine treatment of 8 weeks,In the pre-treatment and treatment of 1,2,4,8 weekend with Hamilton Depression Rating Scale(HAMD),Hamilton Anxiety Scale(HAMA) and the Clinical Global Impression of severity(CGI-SI) assessment efficacy,side effects scale(TESS) assessment of adverse reactions.Results: Two sets of the efficacy of treatment of somatoform disorders is similar(P0.05),the efficiency of Mirtazapine group were 69.7%,efficiency 90.9%,while the Venlafaxine group were 62.5% efficiency,efficiency 84.4%,and the adverse reactions were mild.Conclusion:Mirtazapine effective treatment of somatoform disorders,and safety,compliance is better.
