Abstract
Objective: To investigate the water extract of astragalus anti-oxidation,removal of free radicals in vivo activity of life. Methods: Kunming mice were randomly divided into control group and the.Astragalus low, middle and high-dose group,10 in each group.Continuous intragastric administration 7d,blood,and rapidly remove the liver tissue homogenate made.Determination of superoxide dismutase.(SOD) and malondialdehyde vitality (MDA) content. Results: Astragalus can reduce the MDA content,SOD activity increased. Conclusion: Astragalus can effectively remove body.Oxygen free radicals inside, with reduction of oxidative stress caused by the body organ damage and delay aging.
