The effect of two drugs combined treatment on hormone level in polycystic ovary syndrome(PCOS) patients

Objective To evaluate the efficacy of Diane-35 and metformin combination on the PCOS,and hormone levels.Methods All of 52 examples PCOS patients were divided into observation group(Diane-35 and metformin combination)and the control group(Diane-35).Results After treatment 3 months,the ovulation rate,pregnancy rate was of the observation group was significantly higher,and LH,LH / FSH,T,P values was significantly decreased and the observation group were decreased more significantly(P 0.05).Conclusion The two drugs combined with treatment polycystic ovary syndrome have ovulation induction effect,and can significantly reduce hormone levels,should be promoted and applied.
