Clinical analysis of Diane-35 combined with Metformin in the treatment of 32 cases with polycystic ovary syndrome

Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of Diane-35 combined with Metformin in the treatment of polycystic ovary syndrome.Methods:64 patients with polycystic ovary syndrome were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,with 32 cases in each group,the observation group was given Diane-35 combined with Metformin,and the control group was given Diane-35,the efficacy and adverse reactions between the two groups were compared.Results:After treatment,the luteinizing hormone and testosterone decreased significantly than before treatment,and compared with control group after treatment,the difference was statistically significant(P0.05).In the observation group,the ovulation rate was 71.88%,the natural pregnancy rate was 56.25%,which of control group were 53.13% and 18.75% respectively,the differences between the two groups were statistically significant(P0.05).There were no significant adverse reactions in the process of taking medicine of the two groups.Conclusion:Diane-35 combined with Metformin in treating polycystic ovarian syndrome can contribute to abnormal increasing of gonadotropin and testosterone return to normal,improve the effectiveness of ovulation induction and the pregnancy rate,and reduce adverse reactions,which is worthy of promotion.
