Efficacy analysis of 40 cases diane 35 treatment in patients with polycystic ovary syndrome(PCOS)

Abstract

Aim To approach effect of diane 35 treatment for PCOS.Methods Effect was compared between treatment of before and after with diane 35 in 40 PCOS cases.FSH,LH,E2,T,PRL and ovary volume changes were detected.Results After treatment LH,LH/FSH,T and ovary volume levels were higher than those before treatment(P0.05).FSH,E2 and PRL had no significant change(P0.05).Conclusions It is suggested that diane 35 was efficient in the treatment of PCOS.
