A Study Web-based Autonomous and Interactive Teaching Model

Acting on the College English Curriculum Requirements(For Trial Implementation),the author of this paper introduces and explores a classroom and computer/web-based autonomous and interactive teaching model.This model is a proper continuation of the traditional teaching model based on classroom instruction while making the best of the advantages of the computer/web-based environment,aiming at helping students enhance their English proficiency.This paper also elaborates the theoretical basis and advantages of this teaching model.Finally,the author makes a brief analysis of some issues worthy of our notice in carrying out this model.
