Abstract
The 3rd Plenary Session of the 11th Central Committee, a momentous turning point in the history of the new China, has in fact formed the 2nd generation leadership group with Deng Xiaoping as the core, again established the thought route, political and organizational lines of Marxism, and made a new period for reform and opening up and the construction of socialist modernization. After that, the 2nd leadership group had led the whole Party and people of all China to carry out the spirit of the congress and consolidate the fruits achieved. Until the opening of the 12th Party Congress, through the 4th, 5th and 6th plenary sessions, had the achievement of the turn fully consolidated and accomplished
