Abstract

The third plenary session of the 18 th Party's national congress resolutely reopened the process of China's reform and opening up and sounded the clarion of mind emancipation in China again. The degree of mind emancipation of the plenary is unprecedented and rare in the world,therefore it can be called the third milestone in the course of the CPC's mind emancipation since 1978 and the continuity of the CPC's mind emancipation course facilitated by Deng Xiaoping.
