Abstract

The 3rd Plenary Session of the 11 th Central Committee of CPC played far- reaching,historical and significant role in the history of CPC since the founding of new China. Before and after the Session Deng Xiaoping reconsidered and interpreted the Soviet Union Model from multi- views and multi- aspects more than once. It is greatly meaningful for our Party to learn historical experiences,carry out the policy ofreform and opening upand explore the socialism road with Chinese characteristics.
