The Evolution and Innovation of the CPC'S Ruling Idea Since the Reform and Opening up

The ruling theory system of the Chinese Communist Party comprises three aspects,which are fundamentality,essentiality,and strategy.Since the reform and opening-up,the ruling theory system has experienced three main historical stages.First,its development switched to the right path again from the Third Plenary Session of the 11th Central Committee till the 12th National Congress of the Communist Party.Second,it reached full development from the 12th National Congress to the Fourth Plenary Session of the 16th Central Committee of the Communist Party.Third,it has been enriched,innovated,and perfected from the Fourth Plenary Session of the 16th Central Committee of the Communist Party till now.The development of the ruling theory system presents the three basic characteristics of persistent scientificality,great innovation,and epochal character.
