Abstract
Objective To investigate the effects of Vitamin C combined with Cisplatin(DDP) on human cervical carcinoma cell lines Hela. Methods After treatment of Hela cells with different dose of DDP or combination of VC,the inhibitory effect of Vitamin C and Cisplatin on cells was measured by MTT assay. The change of cell morphology was observed with laser confocal microscopy. Results DDP in different dose inhibited the cell proliferation, and had dose-effect relationship and inhibitory effect was enhanced when combined VC with DDP.Conclusion DDP can inhibit proliferation of Hela cells, the coordinative effect was observed by combining VC with DDP.
