On the Undergraduates' Employment Work under tbe New Condition

Abstract
The undergraduates' employment work is a complicated systematic engineering. With the expediting of the social transformation, the undergraduates' employment work will be confronted with the new conditions and new problems, which includes deficiency of collaboration among the managers, the high press of employment work, the stricture of employment market. The guideline of constructing a harmonious socialist society has provided a new goal for the undergraduates' employment work, and the later is so important to the former that we must be in the guideline of constructing a harmonious socialist society, unify the employment markets, optimize the system of the undergraduates' employment and smooth the mechanism of social talents flowing.
