Meditation on the employment guidance of undergraduates from the perspective of scientific outlook on development ——taking the example of Anhui University of Science and Technology

With the acceleration of the popularization of higher education,the employment situation for undergraduates has become ever more urgent.The ensuring of smooth development of college employment work not only boosts social and economic development,but also ensures social stability and construction of a socialist harmonious society.Therefore,it is necessary to conduct the following all-round measures to promote the employment work of undergraduates: to increase the knowledge of guidance work of undergraduates,to actively expand the employment market for undergraduates,to enhance the ideological education and employment guidance of undergraduates,to advance the informational construction of employment guidance work,and to strengthen the professional construction of the staff of such employment guidance.
