Discussion on the Solution to the Employment Problem of Undergraduates

The employment tendency of national undergraduates is getting worse.This paper analyzes the fundamental reasons of this problem,and pointed out that the development of local economy coordination must be executed, thus the solution to current employment puzzle is to change the traditional foster model and the form of job guide,as well as to help transit the attitude of graduates toward employment.
