Study on the Employment of the Undergraduates in the Revolution Environment

Through describing the present situation of the difficult employment of the undergraduates,this paper points out that the delayed transformation of the employment concept,the poorer professional cognation ability,the insufficient professional preparation,the weaker professional ability,and the imperfect employment service are the important causes of the difficult employment of the undergraduates,and holds that strengthening the employment guidance,transforming the employment concept,perfecting the employment stimulation measures,reforming the system and mode of the higher-education,and encouraging the undergraduates to start a business independently are the important measures for solving the difficulties in the employment of the undergraduates.
