Abstract

Objective: To increase the sensitivity of detecting of SLE. Method Immunofluorescence assay for ANA,dot-immunobinding assay for Ads-DNA and immunoblotting for ENA were combined to examine in 50 serum samples from SLE patients. Result The positive rate of single test was 60% to 74%, but that of combined was 90%. Conclusion The three testings could be complementary to one another in diagnosis of SLE,resulting in an increase of the detection rate.
